hi i am training two of the debate teams that will be participating in the ytn competition this year.

i was wondering how much time they have for prepping in between speakers during the debate. it only shows the speaking orders but there\'s nothing about how much time the students will have after any speakers have finished. they need time to respond to the other teams\' arguments as well as to organize their speeches.

also, could you clearly define the roles of the 3rd and reply speakers. what exactly is the difference between these two roles? if the 3rd speaker establishes the clashes and major arguments of the debate, what does that leave for the reply speaker to do? by definition, the 3rd speaker\'s role is a sort of biased summary.
